In the fiercely competitive landscape of luxury SUVs, Lexus has set a new bar with the introduction of the first-ever TX model for 2024. Unveiled for the North American market, the TX breaks new ground as a sleek, spacious, and technologically advanced three-row vehicle.

Lexus' answer to increasing demand for capacious, comfortable three-row SUVs, the TX marries functional design with sophisticated features. Designed specifically to accommodate the diversifying needs of Lexus customers, the TX emerges as a testament to the brand's commitment to electrification, performance, and design.

A new hallmark in the Lexus lineup, the TX excels in space management, offering a generous cargo area of 20.1 cubic feet even with full occupancy. Accompanied by two electrified powertrain options: a Plug-in Hybrid combined with a robust V6 engine, and a high-performance 2.4L turbocharged hybrid exclusive to F SPORT Performance grades. This mix of powertrains provides exciting performance and an enjoyable ride for up to seven passengers.

The TX continues the Next Chapter of Lexus SUVs with enhanced Lexus Driving Signature fundamentals, promising a smooth and exhilarating drive across all three rows. Meanwhile, the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 and Lexus Interface Multimedia System, with a standard 14-inch touchscreen, ensure safety and connectivity at every turn.

The design of the TX is where elegance meets practicality. It employs the new Lexus Unified Spindle design, focusing on aerodynamic handling and vehicle stability. Sporting 20-inch wheels for the Premium grade and standard 22-inch wheels for higher grades, the TX's design ensures it is as pleasing to the eye as it is exhilarating to drive. The seamless spindle-shaped grille enhances aerodynamics, while slim signature L-shaped light bar lamps and arrow-shaped ornamentation lend a powerful silhouette.

Internally, the TX excels with its driver-focused cockpit, 12.3-inch multi-information display, and easily accessible charging points across all three rows. Storage areas are thoughtfully located throughout the cabin, and all seat configurations are designed for comfort, accessibility, and utility. With the third-row seats folded down, the TX offers a colossal 97 cubic feet of cargo space.

Powertrain offerings are diverse and reflect Lexus's commitment to a carbon-neutral society. The TX 350 AWD houses a responsive 2.4L turbocharged inline-4 engine, while the TX 500h DIRECT4 AWD sports a 2.4L turbocharged Parallel Hybrid system, exclusively available as F SPORT Performance. Lastly, the TX 550h+ DIRECT4 AWD plug-in hybrid pairs a powerful 3.5L V6 engine with DIRECT4, promising serene quietness, smooth acceleration, and a considerable EV range of 53 km.

Lexus has spared no expense in ensuring the safety and convenience of all passengers in the 2024 TX. With the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 as a standard feature, it includes the Pre-Collision System (PCS), All-speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC), and more. Available Advanced Park supports secure parking/exiting maneuvers, while an active Drive Connect trial or subscription can provide Traffic Jam Assist.

The TX is a luxurious, electrified SUV that redefines the three-row segment, promising to be a frontrunner in its class when it hits showrooms this fall. Its introduction marks a new era for Lexus, reinforcing its commitment to delivering sophisticated design, performance, and electrified powertrain options to its customers.
